Erik Coffin
CEO
Erik Coffin is the CEO of Gotham Construction, Inc. Erik has an extensive background in Marketing, Management, Building and Design. After opening his first successful marketing company at the age of 19, one business evolved into many. With a marketing staff of 100+ he received an early education in managing people, creating business systems, and operating in a compliant manner.
Erik's background with construction comes from being a personal investor. From flipping bank owned properties, rehabbing multi-family apartments, working on high end residential homes, to restaurants, Erik has a plethora of experience in the construction industry involving every facet of development.

Sandra Boruta
Director of Finance
Sandra has been involved in bookkeeping and accounting for the majority of her professional career.. She is originally from the Chicago area and has been a Southern California resident since 2002.
Sandra is responsible for coordinating all financial activities, facilitating new systems, and thoroughly monitoring all progress including financial reporting. Her experience in a wide variety of fields makes her excellent at financial planning of all tasks - from the early planning stage through completion. Her strong attention to detail has allowed for continued growth and success of the company. Sandra has an upfront approach to financial project management, as well as proven fiscal accountability.

Dave Ochoa
Construction Manager
Dave Ochoa has over fifteen years of construction experience. His Marine Corps background has given him a strong sense of willpower and determination that carries through to every task he is involved with. As a Construction Manager he understands how to schedule projects in ways that are both impressive and practical. With his experience as a Construction Manager he is truly a leader who ensures that each crew meets deadlines impeccably and performs above and beyond expectations. Dave has a flawless record for keeping his crew on task and completing projects on time.
As a lead carpenter he has the knowledge of how to construct a house that will last a lifetime. His dedication to excellence and determination recently led him to become a Certified Lead Renovator. Dave is a builder by nature, and his personable attitude and love of construction make him a necessary component to our success, and a joy to work with.

Martin Studley
LEED AP Project Executive
Martin Studley is a Project Executive for Gotham Construction, Inc. In the early 80's Martin began his career in construction management in Hawaii. There he gained vast experience in constructing resort properties, high-rise hotels, office buildings, airports, and harbors in addition to many large civil infrastructure projects. Martin received his California Contractor License in 1997.
Since then he has successfully managed the completion of a major corporate headquarter building in Los Angeles in addition to bridges, parking structures, schools, college campuses, aerospace projects, commercial solar and fuel cell projects throughout Southern California. Martin is a LEED accredited professional who understands the importance and challenges of building Green and thoroughly enjoys sharing his expertise with all of our commercial clients.
Martin earned his MBA from Webster University and received his professional designation in construction management from UCLA Extension. In addition to his OSHA 30 and LEED AP certification's Martin was recently recognized by the City of Los Angeles for dedicated service as a construction management instructor and for his support of the City of Los Angeles minority business opportunity outreach program. In addition the Los Angeles Unified School District issued a certificate of appreciation for his efforts in successfully rebuilding Locke Early Education Center in South LA. We are fortunate to have him as part of our team and to extend his expertise and professionalism to our clients and community.

Lee Stone
In-house Architect
Principle and Owner, Lee Stone started his career with the retrofit of the 3.5 acre Ellesmere Shopping Center at 15 years old for the City of Salford, UK.
22 years later his work has been featured in several publications. Lee practiced in Pebble Beach for 14 years focusing on high-end custom estates. His Client list includes a wide array of Silicon Valley, Fortune 500 and Forbes 400 executives and celebrities of the financial and entertainment arenas.
Lee's residential experience is supplemented with international work in the UK, EU, and Hong Kong, in retail, commercial, hospitality and re-use projects.
